A professional Showcase featuring comics from "The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon", "Late Night with Seth Meyers", "The Late Show", "The Daily Show", Conan on TBS, Comedy Central, HBO and various TV shows and films.
Featuring Barry Rothbart, Alexis Guerreros, Casey Balsham, Sam Morril and Seaton Smith!

Sam Morril:

Sam Morril, one of the fastest-rising stand-up comics in New York City, is also one of the best joke writers in the scene today. How do you know that’s true? Because he is writing this bio, and he wouldn’t lie about that to get extra work.

In 2011, Sam won The Laughing Skull Comedy Festival in Atlanta and was named one of Comedy Central’s “Comics to Watch.” More recently, Sam has been seen on Comedy Central’s Adam Devine’s House Party, the Late Show with Stephen Colbert, and “Conan” on TBS for multiple appearances. He’s also appeared on the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon and The Late Late Show with James Corden. He’s done a lot of stuff.

Also, Last Comic Standing, America’s Got Talent, @Midnight, and Inside Amy Schumer. Sam recorded his debut album on Comedy Central records, which went to #1 on iTunes and made numerous top 10 lists. He also released his very own half-hour Comedy Central special.

Sam was the host of his very own show on MSG called “People Talking Sports”, which ran for two seasons and received an Emmy nomination. Emmy nominated, baby!

Sam also had the highest rated debut special on Comedy Central last year, “Positive Influence” — available at cc.com/sammorril

You can see Sam regularly at The Comedy Cellar in New York City, and some other clubs. He even pops into those pretentious indy hipster shows, and is regularly on the road hitting new cities.

Now is your chance to see Sam. Do it soon before you catch swine flu or something. It’s out there!

Barry Rothbart:

Barry Rothbart is one of the young rising stars in comedy today, appearing recently on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno, starring in the new season of MTV’s “Punk’d” and landing a role as “Ben” on TNT’s “Men of A Certain Age”. He also co-wrote and starred in the IFC Channel show “Do Whatever”, as well as a series of national commercials including: Taco Bell, Honda and Miller Light. He was also named a “New Face” and “Best of the Fest” performer at the 2011 Just For Laughs Montreal Comedy Fest. In addition to stand up he has performed sketch and Improv for several years at the UCB Theater in NY and LA and a one-man character show in 2010. As a writer/director, in addition to several shorts, he has recently completed shooting on his first feature length film entitled “Hungry”.
