Jason Rogers Bio
Jason Rogers is the creator of Standup Guy Productions and producer of American Me Comedy which can be seen across America at the world famous Improv Comedy clubs.
Jason's uniquely Yankee American upbringing as an adopted Korean kid in Mr. Roger's white picket fence neighborhood of New Boston, New Hampshire gave him a distinctive "slant" on life, now put to hilarious use in his stand-up routines. The self-proclaimed "Caucasian Asian" put it this way in his "Go pak ya ca" wicked thick New England accent.
American Me Comedy debuted at the world famous San Jose Improv in the fall of 2010 and is the longest running monthly independent production there. Due to it’s consistent sold out shows and ever growing popularity, American Me Comedy can also be seen monthly at the Hollywood and regularly at the Ontario and Dallas Improvs and the Punch Line in San Francisco, CA.
"I created the show to incorporate all kinds of comedians. I wanted to stay away from an all Asian, white, black, purple, blue themed show." American Me Comedy, will be an evening of the best stand up comedy featuring today's hottest working comics from all walks of life - race, color, religion, sexual orientation - sharing their unique and hilarious perspectives on life experiences.
