Jay Mohr: The multi-talented Jay Mohr's career has spanned over two decades. He first walked on stage to do stand-up comedy at the young age of sixteen and quickly received audience notice with his dead-on impressions of Christopher Walken, Tracy Morgan, Al Pacino, Robert DeNiro, Norm MacDonald and Ina Gartner from The Food Network. Most recently Jay starred on the hit CBS television series “Gary Unmarried,” where he solidified his talent on the silver screen. He also created, executive produced and hosted "Last Comic Standing," which was on the air for six seasons. Other credits include "Action" and his role as Professor Rick Payne on the CBS series "Ghost Whisperer." Mohr can soon be seen in the Warner Brothers thriller Hereafter opposite Matt Damon and directed by Clint Eastwood. The film follows three individuals all touched by death in different ways. It is was released on October 22nd, 2010. He landed his breakthrough film role as a rival sports agent in the blockbuster hit JERRY MAGUIRE and followed that up in a touching good-guy turn in Picture Perfect Other film credits include Playing by Heart, Suicide Kings, Seeing Other People, Even Money, The Groomsmen, Pay it Forward, Street Kings, and GO, as well as comedic leads in King's Ransom and Are We There Yet? Mohr is also well known for his sports work as host of FOX Sports Net's "NFL This Morning" and narrator of the award-winning "Beyond the Glory." Additionally, Mohr executive produced and hosted the ESPN series "Mohr Sports" an original weekly comedy/music/sports talk hour and he continues to sell out venues across the country with his stand-up routine. This year, Mohr will share his hilarious stories of fatherhood in his second book titled No Wonder My Parents Drank. It is down and dirty tale of modern fatherhood told in an irreverent yet charmingly heartfelt voice. The book will be available nationwide on May 11th. His first book titled Gasping for Airtime, published in 2004 was a darkly funny, brutally honest memoir of his two years in the trenches as a writer and featured performer on "Saturday Night Live." Mohr lives in Santa Monica with his wife and son.
