<![CDATA[Bottles of Laughs]]>
That’s what Bottles of Laughs is all about. We bring you top-shelf comics who deliver a fine pairing of comedy and laughs at a price you can afford even if you don’t have a champagne-level salary.

Bottles of Laughs is brought to you by:

Alex Barnett
As the White, Jewish husband of a Black woman (who converted to Judaism) and the father of a 3-year old, Biracial son, Alex focuses on the challenges of being a parent in a bad economy and the issues that confront interracial families. Alex has been featured on the Katie Couric Show, Sirius/XM Radio’s “Raw Dog Comedy,” NBC’s EVB Live, ComedyTime TV, RT TV America and NYC-TV and in The Wall Street Journal, The Huffington Post, and CNN.com. In 2011, he won the 12th Annual Gilda’s Club (Northern NJ) Laugh-Off.

Francis Ellis
When you first meet Francis, he seems like someone you might love to hate. A tall, Harvard-educated lacrosse player, Francis seems on the outside like the poster boy for arrogance, obnoxiousness, and condescending White privilege. But then he starts talking, and you realize he’s still very much the modest guy from rural Maine with an endearing humility and a healthy dose of self-deprecation. Onstage, Francis speaks to the "challenges" that face a twenty-something in New York -- financial anxiety, relationship angst, and a love-hate relationship with fitness complicated by a love of late-night snacks. When he's not onstage performing standup, Francis (who's also studied improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade) is wandering around New York trying to come up with an answer to his parents' question of why he had to go to Harvard to become a comedian.]]>

That’s what Glass Half Full Comedy is all about. We remind you that even when things seem like they’re at their worst, there are still plenty of things to provide laughter and joy.

Glass Half Full Comedy is brought to you by:

Alex Barnett
As the White, Jewish husband of a Black woman (who converted to Judaism) and the father of a 3-year old, Biracial son, Alex focuses on the challenges of being a parent in a bad economy and the issues that confront interracial families. Alex has been featured on Sirius/XM Radio’s “Raw Dog Comedy,” NBC’s EVB Live, ComedyTime TV, RT TV America and NYC-TV and in The Wall Street Journal, The Huffington Post, and CNN.com. In 2011, he won the 12th Annual Gilda’s Club (Northern NJ) Laugh-Off.

Dan Enfield
Combining outrageously raunchy observations, biting insights into the absurdities of modern living, and the occasional poorly placed pun with an in-your-face stage presence, Daniel Enfield has quickly become one of the most recognizable faces in comedy. Originally from Miami, Dan began his comedy work while at the University of Colorado. In 2007, he was one of several comedians featured at Denver’s Oriental Theater for a performance called The Bad Boys of Jewish Comedy. In the days that have followed, Dan has performed at clubs and colleges across the country, including The Miami Improv, Syracuse University, Denver University, The University of Colorado Boulder and Florida International University. Since 2009, Dan has been a resident of New York, a city he has embraced and which has embraced him.

Max Neuman
Max Neuman is a rising comedian and writer, born and raised in New York City. Max wants to make clear that he is not from Long Island, Westchester, New Jersey, or Connecticut, all of which seem like very nice places to have been born and raised, too. So nice, in fact, that Max wonders why people from those places say they are from New York City instead. When Max is not wondering about that, he performs at clubs, bars, and his studio apartment, a masterful space that quadruples as a living room, bedroom, home office, and practice stage.

It’s also our show, which is as cool, as fun, as captivating as the City it’s named for. With great comics from across the nation who’ve made New York their home, the Manhattan Comedy Show is stand-up for grown-ups, and a fun night out! It’s a show filled with laughter and good times that is simply unforgettable!

So, whether you're a New Yorker or just visiting, the Manhattan is a night of comedy just for you.

The show is brought to you by:

Alex Barnett
As the White, Jewish husband of a Black woman (who converted to Judaism) and the father of a 3-year old, Biracial son, Alex focuses on the challenges of being a parent in a bad economy and the issues that confront interracial families. Alex, who hosts the "Multiracial Family Man Podcast" has been featured on the Katie Couric Show, Sirius/XM Radio’s “Raw Dog Comedy,” and in The Wall Street Journal, The Huffington Post, and CNN.com.

Adam Oliensis
Adam moved to Manhattan in the early ‘80s. He has spent decades studying philosophy & martial arts, and has undergone extensive psychotherapy. Twice. But no amount of discipline (intellectual, spiritual, or physical) could prepare him for the slow chipping away of self-esteem that comes with being a New Yorker, a husband, and a father…especially the father of teenage girls.

In his Stand-Up Adam mines the absurdities, ironies, and silliness that arise in the most humbling everyday situations (with which he is continues to gain vast experience).

He won the 2013 Paramount Theatre Stand-Up Star Search. He has recently opened for Robert Klein, Colin Quinn, and Gilbert Gottfried. With Jon Cryer he wrote and starred in the film, “The Pompatus of Love.” And he’s been nominated for Tony, Drama Desk, and Clio awards.]]>

Yes, Moms get all the credit. As they should. But, we do stuff too. Somebody has to carry the groceries, take out the garbage, say crazy stuff that no one understands.

Also, someone has to be in charge of doing the stupid things that make everyone laugh. Mom can’t do that. She’s too busy being responsible. If it weren’t for her, Dad would have the kids dressed in potato sacks, wearing hats all year, and wiping their noses with the backs of their hands. As a result, Dad has plenty of extra time to do the stuff that the family will never stop talking about and laughing at (like the time Dad tried to install the air conditioner and electrocuted himself).

So, don’t miss the Dads of Comedy, because we’ve had plenty of extra time to come up with stupid stuff that’ll make you laugh.

(But check with your mother first to make sure it’s okay)]]>

<![CDATA[The Manhattan: Comedy for the New Yorker in You]]>
It’s also our show, which is as cool, as fun, as captivating as the City it’s named for.

<![CDATA[Glass Half Full Comedy: Up Beat Comedy for Down Beat Times]]>

<![CDATA[Dads of Comedy]]>

<![CDATA[Glass Half Full Comedy: Up Beat Comedy for Down Beat Times]]>
